All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

Brand Dhobi Moshai is not liable for any damage to garments that occurs during normal cleaning processes. We follow industry-standard care instructions.

5. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time is 24-48 hours. Rush services are available at an additional cost. Delays may occur due to high volume or other circumstances.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Refund Policy

At Brand Dhobi Moshai, we are committed to delivering the highest quality fabric care. We inspect every garment to ensure it meets our rigorous standards. Due to the nature of professional cleaning services, our policy is structured as follows:

1. Satisfaction Guarantee & Redo Policy

We do not issue monetary refunds for cleaning services once they have been processed and delivered. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our wash, dry cleaning, or pressing services, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will gladly re-process (redo) the work on the affected items at no additional cost to you.

2. Processing of Redo Requests

To request a redo service, please contact our customer care team via email at info@dhobimoshai.com or WhatsApp at +91 84204 34320. Please provide your order number and detail your specific concerns. The items must be returned to us in their original delivered state, with any tags intact, to qualify for a complimentary redo.

3. Damaged or Lost Items

In the rare event that a garment is damaged or lost while in our possession, we will investigate the issue thoroughly. Any claims regarding damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Our liability is limited in accordance with industry-standard care policies as outlined in our Terms of Service.

4. Policy Amendments

Brand Dhobi Moshai reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will be published on this page and become active immediately.

Membership Policy

Welcome to the Brand Dhobi Moshai Membership Program. By enrolling in or subscribing to any of our membership plans, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following membership policies:

1. Subscription Plans & Billing

Brand Dhobi Moshai offers monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription tiers. Memberships are billed at the beginning of each subscription cycle. Your membership benefits, including discounts and priority delivery services, are active as soon as payment is confirmed.

2. Renewals & Cancellations

Subscriptions are set to auto-renew unless you disable auto-renewal or request cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the next billing date. You can manage your subscription directly in the Brand Dhobi Moshai mobile app or by contacting customer support. Payments for active subscription terms are non-refundable.

3. Fair Use & Limitations

Memberships are non-transferable and intended solely for personal, residential use within a single household. Commercial entities or multi-household users are not eligible for standard consumer memberships. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships that show signs of commercial use or abuse.

4. Program Alterations

Brand Dhobi Moshai reserves the right to modify membership plans, discount percentages, or pricing structure. In the event of changes, active subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email or app notification.

Android App Data Deletion Request

Under Google Play Developer policies, you have the right to request the deletion of your account and personal data collected through the Brand Dhobi Moshai Android application.

I confirm that I wish to permanently delete my account and all associated personal data from Brand Dhobi Moshai servers. I understand this action is irreversible and I will lose access to order history and active memberships.
